Gaming Associates Approved as Authorized Testing & Certification Lab for Lottery Market in Paraná

Lottopar has approved Gaming Associates, making it the first-online only testing laboratory authorized to work with lottery operators in the jurisdiction of Paraná. Gaming Associates is now authorized to certify the products and systems of lottery operators licensed by Lottopar.

The approval was formalized on Friday, the 22nd when directors of Lottopar signed the approval form in the presence of a Gaming Associates representative. This approval allows Gaming Associates to conduct tests and certifications for lottery and sports betting operators in Paraná, including electronic games, lottery systems, online platforms, and other related components.

Taarik de Freitas Castilho, representative of Gaming Associates, received approval certificate from Daniel Romanowski, CEO of Loterias do Paraná. Dr. Aftab Rizvi, CEO of Gaming Associates, joined the ceremony remotely from Australia and expressed his gratitude to LOTTOPAR for their dedication to the regulated lottery and sports betting industry. He also thanked them for recognizing Gaming Associates for their accreditations, capabilities, and expertise. Dr. Rizvi emphasized the importance of this milestone in further assisting the industry in moving forward in Brazil.

Daniel Romanowski, CEO of Loterias do Paraná, emphasized the trust placed in Gaming Associates, an international laboratory bringing expertise, technology, and innovation to become accredited in Paraná. This accreditation allows Gaming Associates to offer tests and certifications to licensed lottery and sports betting companies in Paraná, streamlining the certification process and ensuring compliance with international quality standards.

Taarik de Freitas Castilho, representative of Gaming Associates, expressed gratitude to Lottopar for the accreditation and regulation of the lottery market in Paraná, highlighting the Gaming Associates commitment to opening new frontiers in Brazil.

Participating in the approval signing ceremony were the CEO of Lottopar, Daniel Romanowski; the administrative and financial director of Lottopar, Rogério Nogueira; Lottopar’s operational director, Fabio Veiga; Lottopar’s technical director, Rafael Halila; Lottopar’s chief of staff, Stefanny Fernandes and the representative of the Gaming Associates laboratory, Taarik de Freitas Castilho.
