At Gaming Associates, certification is more than a checkbox; it is a mark of distinction. Our certification marks represent regulatory compliance aligned with jurisdictional standards, which can only be applied to products, services, or systems that have successfully undergone conformity assessment.
Their use is strictly governed within the scope of our ISO/IEC 17065 accreditation. Certification marks may only be used in association with products, services, or systems that have been evaluated and approved under the applicable conformity assessment criteria.
At the time of certification, Gaming Associates provides clients with the appropriate certification mark via email. Its use is strictly governed to prevent any misrepresentation.
Clients are clearly guided on how to display the mark, and regular checks are conducted to ensure compliance. The mark must not appear on products, such as laboratory tests or inspection reports, in a manner that implies product conformity.
The certification mark is legally protected. Any misuse can lead to suspension of certification or legal action. We also welcome and investigate complaints from the public or industry to prevent misuse.
Use of the mark is limited to the certified scope. If used incorrectly, GA reserves the right to revoke certification and take appropriate action.
A directory of valid certifications is maintained by GA, listing the certified client, relevant standards, scope, and location, and is available on request.
