Certification decisions are based solely on objective evidence of conformity with applicable standards, criteria, and requirements. Such decisions are not influenced by commercial, financial, personal, or any other external pressures.

All personnel, committees, and individuals involved in certification activities are required to perform their duties independently, objectively, and without bias. Gaming Associates has established processes to identify, assess, manage, and monitor actual or potential conflicts of interest to ensure that certification outcomes remain fair, consistent, and credible.

Gaming Associates does not provide consultancy or any related services that could compromise its independence, objectivity, or impartiality, or create a conflict of interest with its certification functions.
